A woman came to our Licenders Lice removal Service in New York the other day. It was a few hours before her children were finished with their lice treatment because the level of head lice infestation was very bad. She heart fully thanked the clinicians as she packed up her kids. As she exited the doorway we could hear her start to cry. Adie, the Licenders owner, ran out to find out why she was in such despair. The mom explained that she first had to go home, put the kids to bed, and then begin combing herself out. Adie told her "Nothing Doing!, Call your husband to pick up the kids, We are combing you out for FREE!". Needless to say this calmed down the mom, and she was so grateful. So grateful it turned out that the next day, being a member of her school's P.T.A. she recommended Licenders to the parent body. Now they are one of our contracted schools and Licenders provides them with lice screenings and treatments when necessary.
